Meeting of the vice-chancellor of international affairs of SBUMS with the pro vice-chancellor of international affairs of the New England university
On Saturday, August 25, 2018, Dr. Mehrdad Faizi, Vice-Chancellor of International Affairs, met with Dr. Mingan Choct, Pro Vice-Chancellor of External Relations at University of New England, Australia, which is one of the most expert and oldest universities in online education in Australia. Dr. Toghyani, a postdoctoral research fellow at University of New England and Dr. Mafi, the International Advisor were also present at this meeting.
First, Dr. Faizi welcomed Dr. Choct to our university and presented the potentials of international relations and demonstrated his will for the development of these relations with University of New England in the near future.
Then Dr. Choct talked about launching joint projects in online education and research and invited the Chancellor of our University, Dr. Aghajani and his delegation to visit their university in the near future. Both sides also began the first negotiations for the eventual signing of memorandum of understanding between Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and University of New England.
